Some Help Please

Okay - it's time I start looking for a new OB doctor. My last physician has retired (happens all the time to me) from delivering babies. With having had the severe morning sickness, I need to find a doctor to help start managing care. I need to establish care and be proactive so that if anything were to happen I don't have to hunt for a doctor last minute. Make sense? So those of you who live around here - could you email me some good names? Tell me a little bit about them. Why do you like him or her? Any dislikes? I appreciate all your help. BTW - I am doing MUCH better as far as the morning sickness is concerned. I was prescribed some meds to help with it (as you know) and they have help tremendously. I can now hold down food. Although, my portion sizes have shrunk significantly due to not eating for awhile - I still am so elated to be able to feel so much better. What a relief! Thank you for your prayer!

Talk with Jamie S. Her new OB is very good. We told her about this OB and she went to her.She said she really likes her. I think you would propbably get along well with her. She is fairly young...has 3 kids...I believe 2 boys and a girl. She takes the time to talk with you. I have some pics of her in a delivery with a friend of mine....they turned out so precious. But talk with Jamie S or give me a call and I will share more with you. Will be praying that you find one you are pleased with and that works for your family.

I went to Dr Hubbard when I was there. I really liked her. She is our age I think. Good luck! I will be praying. Glad to hear that you are feeling better.

I used Dr. Hebard last time with Malachi... I also had to find a new Dr. last time because (as you know) we had the same previous OB that retired from the OB part. I was a little nervous about starting with someone brand new... but she is so relaxed about everything, it was smooth and easy. She also suffered with migraines while expecting, so she helped me manage mine and was very understanding. She has 2 young children. It was a pleasant experience.

I really like Dr. Kennedy in Silverdale. He's at the Doctor's Clinic. I've heard that the woman doctor in his practice is also very good.

I'll deliver your baby! :) Hee Hee I go to T. so don't know if you're willing to go that far but I really like my midwife Peggy. She only delivers at St. Joseph.

I used Dr. Christen at the doctor's clinic...Kennedy is there too. They have a women in the office, I have heard good things about her. The only problem is.... you can't be insured that the Dr. you choose will be the one to deliver your baby...I would contact the Dr. Kristi is talking about. Keep us posted. (((Hugs)))

Missy (daughter) LOVED her OB in Silverdale, a woman....younger....
you can go to her blog and ask Charissa IF you haven't found one.
I have met her and thought she was wonderful and compassionate.
