Look What We Saw . . .

Driving into town the other day from our house we got to see a sub coming into the shipyard. It was awesome. With my camera in digital zoom I got to see people actually standing atop the sub. I have never seen this before in this inlet. We have seen ferries and aircraft carriers but not any submarines. Look closely and you will see the people. Not sure which sub it is. I live in such a beautiful part of the country. I love it.

Might be the San Francisco....how is chopper doing?

Chopper is doing great. He has been walked and rewalked. The boys like taking turns walking him. Man, that dog eats ANYTHING! Carrots, apples, etc.

Those are such neat photos. Those submarines are sooo massive in size when you are actually up close to them. I once had the privilege of going down in one...it was amazing...but VERY stinky. Still cool though. Your kids must have thought that was cool.

Great pictures! They always look so awesome and majestic as they are cruising along.

Josh and I saw one a couple of months back when we were driving by the water. We didn't see people though. That's pretty neat. You got some good photos too.

Hello, I just found your blog, and thought I'd let you know I'd been here. I noticed that we started blogging the same month.
Nice meeting you!

I have to say there is nothing better than seeing one of those come in and a man you have been waiting on for 6 months dressed in his whites on the topside! One of my favorite sights in this world. ;)April.
